4. Chrome Extension and LinkedIn Data
The ClientMoves Chrome extension is designed for a single purpose: helping a user save LinkedIn profile details into that user's ClientMoves workspace.
- The extension reads data from the LinkedIn profile page the user is actively viewing.
- The extension stores session and workspace context locally in browser extension storage so the extension can remain connected to ClientMoves.
- The extension sends selected profile data to ClientMoves only to create or update the user's lead workflow inside ClientMoves.
- We do not sell LinkedIn profile data collected through the extension.
- We do not use extension-collected data for unrelated advertising, creditworthiness, or lending decisions.
5. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, session storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and application functionality. The Chrome extension also uses browser storage to preserve authentication state and workspace context between sessions.
6. How We Share Data
We share data only where needed to operate ClientMoves, process transactions, deliver communications, or comply with law.
- Infrastructure and hosting providers: to run, secure, and support the ClientMoves platform
- Payment and billing providers: to process subscriptions, payments, refunds, and related account administration
- Communication providers: to deliver transactional, operational, and support-related communications
- Security, analytics, and reliability providers: to monitor performance, prevent abuse, and maintain service quality
- Smart drafting and automation providers: when you intentionally use smart drafting or automation features made available within ClientMoves
We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.
We do not sell personal data.
7. Smart Drafting Features
Some ClientMoves features may use third-party models or automation services to generate or transform content. When you intentionally use those features, the relevant prompt, instructions, or working data may be processed as needed to return the requested output.
We do not use your data from ClientMoves to train public models unless we explicitly state otherwise and obtain any required consent.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal data and workspace data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide ClientMoves, maintain account history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
- Account and workspace data are retained while your account remains active.
- Some backup, billing, security, and audit records may remain for a limited period after deletion.
- Browser extension storage remains on the user's browser until the user logs out, clears extension data, or removes the extension.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and controlled infrastructure access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Data Transfers
ClientMoves and our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to ensure that transferred data remains protected under appropriate contractual, organizational, or legal safeguards.
